Job summary

The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking an AV Integration Specialist to oversee equipment installation, configuration, and ongoing support on our Edmond campus. You will join the Media Services team to design solutions, manage project timelines, and coordinate with vendors for purchasing and deployment.

Strong communication and user-training abilities are essential. Day-to-day duties include assisting with project lifecycles, meeting campus stakeholders, and providing Tier II/III AV

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Two years’ experience in AV system design, integration, and support.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to read line drawings and schematics; knowledge of AV signal flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with AV project lifecycle including installation, programming, training, monitoring and support.
• Develop project timelines and budgets; coordinate with vendors for purchasing and deployment.
• Meet with internal stakeholders to develop project requirements and solutions.
• Provide Tier II/III AV technology support to departments, instructors, and guests.
• Support university-wide campus events as needed.
