Job summary

University of Central Oklahoma is seeking an AV Integration Specialist to assist with technology equipment integration and support the Media Services department on the Edmond campus. The role includes managing AV projects from design to deployment, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining documentation.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years in AV design, integration, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Two years’ experience in AV system design, integration, and support.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist AV design engineering throughout the project lifecycle, including recommendations, installation, programming, training, monitoring, maintenance and support.
• Develop project timelines and budgets; work with vendors to create quotes and coordinate purchasing and asset deployment.
• Provide Tier II/III AV technology support to departments, instructors, students and guests.
• Install and configure AV equipment (projectors, displays, control systems, etc.) and train end users.
• Document and record-keep AV systems across campus; manage tasks and report time as required.
• Support campus events and ensure high level of customer service across students, faculty, staff and guests.
