Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is seeking a Tumbling & Gymnastics Instructor to lead preschool and youth programs at Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center. This role emphasizes movement, confidence, and inclusive participation for children of varying abilities.
Responsibilities include teaching foundational skills, maintaining a safe class environment, and adapting activities to individual needs while fostering a love of movement in a welcoming setting.
Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and safety-focused Tumbling & Gymnastics Instructor to lead preschool and youth tumbling and gymnastics programming. We are seeking community-minded individuals who are passionate about movement, recreation, and working with young participants of all abilities and backgrounds.

Must be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays within the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm. Hours will depend on programming. Part-time employees work fewer than 1,560 hours annually.
No teaching experience required; must love working with people of all ages and abilities; be able to work inside and outside; and be at least 16 years of age.
Pay rate range: $19.78 to $22.30 hourly (based on experience and internal equity). Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in leading and instructing general classes and be at least 16 years of age.
Pay rate range: $21.81 to $24.59 hourly (based on experience and internal equity). Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September.
Must have over 2 years of experience and specialized training in the assigned program area, be 18 years of age, and have a valid driver's license.
Pay rate range: $26.51 to $27.33 hourly (based on experience and internal equity). The full hourly range for this job classification is $26.51 to $29.89. Staff may be eligible for a merit increase at the end of September.
