CMGT is seeking a dependable Handyman/Painter for a condominium property in Baton Rouge, LA. The role focuses on interior and exterior painting, surface prep, touch-ups, and light maintenance throughout common areas and association spaces.

Responsibilities include following safety standards, completing basic non-licensed repairs, maintaining tools, documenting work, and communicating project needs to the Supervisor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Current driver's license and vehicle insurance is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and perform minor repairs as part of painting projects.
• Paint interior and exterior areas following safety guidelines.
• Identify areas needing repainting during routine walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and paint inventory.
• Create work orders for reported issues.
