Job summary

RealManage, LLC is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Arlington, VA to uphold property safety and appearance. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager on preventative care, repairs, and routine tasks across community properties.

The role requires 2+ years of onsite multifamily experience and hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general upkeep. A valid driver’s license and fluent English are required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years onsite multi-family experience required.
• Experience with carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting required.
• Experience with cleaning, locks, and gutters is highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English. A bilingual candidate is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
• Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting.
