Job summary

Continuum Companies Inc is seeking an on-site Manager to be the primary contact for homeowners, board members and vendors, delivering exceptional service while overseeing property inspections, budgets and staff.

You will work closely with the Condominium/HOA board, maintain records, prepare reports, and help create the warm, professional experience our mission is built on. A strong background in condominium management and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in condominium/HOA operations and governance.
• Strong MS Office and data reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with board and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to homeowners, residents, guests and vendors.
• Serve as liaison to contractors and the board.
• Conduct building inspections and manage warranties.
• Prepare weekly activity and variance reports for the board.
• Attend monthly board meetings and support board in operations.
• Oversee onsite staff including maintenance and concierge.
• Maintain property records and documentation.
• Review invoices and assist with budget control.
