Job summary

Senné is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of condominium associations on behalf of Trustee clients. Based at our Boston headquarters, you will manage trustee relations, routine and capital repairs, and all financial matters while coordinating with the Executive Director and maintenance staff.

You will be responsible for promoting professional standards, maintaining property records, and ensuring timely reporting to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in condominium association property management.
• Willing to work off hours and weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Property management certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with Trustees, building residents, and employees.
• Keep detailed records on contracts, contractors, vendors and maintenance work for portfolio of properties at all times.
• Communicate regularly with Maintenance Managers, Property Managers, Executive Director, and accounting staff regarding property activities.
• Enforce professionalism standards for safety and customer service at all times.
• Prepare and update weekly and/or monthly reports regarding Property activity and provide reports to the Board of Directors.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly and/or annual meeting agendas and meeting minutes at all board meetings and owner meetings.
• Oversee all monthly fee collection, delinquency collections, and all operating expenses.
• Assist in large project management, solicitation of bids, recommending vendors, obtaining multiple prices, comparative analysis.
