Job Description (General Summary)

The Conditioning Platform Application Manager is responsible for selling our conditioning products and solutions. You will support our dedicated industries and report to the Conditioning Platform Commercial Manager.

This position is home-based, ideally located in the Western U.S. (California, Washington, Arizona, etc.), with travel expected to be 50-60% of your time. Your home office activities will include qualifying opportunities, managing sales funnel, and liaising with platform resources. Travel will mainly involve supporting Account Managers with customer visits and key OEMs in the US.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Understand industry drivers for Conditioning products to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Provide sales training/support to industry teams for prequalifying opportunities.
  • Develop innovative applications and products.
  • Link technical advantages with commercial messaging.
  • Own the conditioning strategy and business planning for the Industry Team.
  • Manage sales funnel, opportunities, and targets.
  • Handle commercial management of horizontal conditioning OEMs in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Share updates and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • At least 3 years in B2B sales and engineering, preferably in food processing, packaging, or material handling industries.
  • Experience in front-line/field sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Spanish fluency is highly beneficial.
  • Good listening and questioning skills.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools and computers.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
