We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Application Solutions Lead to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in the development, execution, and optimization of application solutions that enhance patient experience, clinical workflows, and overall business operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a deep understanding of application design, integration, and best practices to make a meaningful impact on both operational and clinical success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and execution of complex application solutions that drive efficiency, improve patient care, and optimize clinical and business processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in resolving application-related issues and troubleshooting tools and processes associated with them.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and informatics, to organize and facilitate discovery meetings, and offer strategic, written, and verbal recommendations for complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with application and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and compliance with technical and security standards.
• Serve as the liaison between application teams and third-party vendors to negotiate and plan integration projects, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Develop and promote application configurations using change management processes and oversee their successful implementation.
• Mentor and guide Digital Applications Analysts by providing hands-on training, career development, and continuous feedback.
• Work with senior leadership to forecast the resource requirements of key projects and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the needs of clinical, finance, and revenue cycle customers and evaluate proposed solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, application updates, and relevant system roadmaps, ensuring your team is well-prepared for future functionality and system changes.
• Represent the application team in high-profile initiatives and partner with project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application analysis or a related technical field with a focus on supporting business applications, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Epic certification in at least one application is required; certification in multiple applications is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application design, integration technologies (e.g., FHIR, APIs), and related processes.
• Ability to lead complex system integration efforts and facilitate collaboration with senior leaders and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to anticipate the needs of clinical, finance, and revenue cycle teams through analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Experience mentoring and guiding analysts to enhance team performance and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Epic systems and a strong understanding of integration languages and tools.
• Proven leadership experience in fostering relationships with senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
