America's Auto Auction (Birmingham) is hiring a full-time Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer in Moody, AL. You will review inspections, document vehicle condition, and help support sales, leasing, and valuation processes.

The role offers $18.00 per hour with incentives, full benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO, and opportunities for career growth. You will typically produce 20–30 reports daily with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior vehicle inspection or repair experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle inspection data and photographs to prepare detailed condition reports.
• Identify damage, wear, and discrepancies using guidelines and industry standards.
• Ensure reports meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with field staff to clarify findings as needed.
• Submit accurate, professional reports to support vehicle sales, leasing, and valuation processes.
• Complete 20 to 30 condition reports per day.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Review vehicle inspection data and photographs to prepare detailed condition reports.
• Identify damage, wear, and discrepancies using established guidelines and industry standards.
• Ensure reports meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings as needed.

• Monday - Friday

Requirements
