Americas Auto Auction – Birmingham seeks a meticulous Condition Report Manager to oversee vehicle inspection and reporting. You will lead inspectors, ensure accurate reports, and coordinate with operations to meet auction deadlines.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and responsible with a strong ownership mindset.
• Growth mindset and willingness to advance into operations.
• 2+ years in automotive inspection or related areas preferred.
• 2+ years in lead or supervisory roles preferred.
• Comfort with condition reporting software and tablets.
• Familiarity with industry standards (NAAA) a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: review and finalize vehicle condition reports (structural, mechanical, cosmetic, odometer).
• Team Leadership: supervise and train inspectors to ensure accurate reporting.
• Workflow Management: manage daily CR process to meet deadlines.
• Arbitration Reduction: ensure reports comply with NAAA standards.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: coordinate with lot ops, detail, and arbitration teams.
• Continuous Improvement: identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
