Responsibilities include operating filling equipment, packaging, labeling, case packing, and keeping areas clean, while adhering to procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Safety focused with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and label cases.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions; prepare pallets.
• Ensure correct packaging weight and identify defects.
• Complete required paperwork and operation logs.
• Follow procedures for machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules.
