Job summary

Explore & Develop is seeking a Lead Educator who places the safety and rights of children at the heart of their practice. You will collaborate with a team, contribute to program planning and engage in reflective practice within a nurturing environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree, and current credentials including WWVP, First Aid, and Child Protection. Work is in person within Australia.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current Working With Vulnerable Peoples’ card is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 is required.
• Current Child Protection training is required.
• Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF is required.
• Work Authorisation: Australia is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator focusing on safety and rights of children.
• Collaborate with the team on program planning and reflective practice.
• Contribute to team discussions and leadership within the service.

Education
