Mayfield Childcare Limited invites an Early Childhood Educator to join Mayfield Early Education Sandringham. You will deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences, foster a positive inclusive environment, and communicate regularly with parents about child progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III qualification in ECEC (or equivalent).
• Valid WWCC.
• Proven EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards experience.
• Up-to-date Mandatory Reporting Child Protection certificate, food safety, Red Nose & Sun Smart (or willing to obtain).
• Proven experience creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Work collaboratively with a team of other educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
