Job summary

Explore & Develop is seeking a Lead Educator who places the safety and rights of children at the heart of their practice. You will collaborate with a team, contribute to program planning and engage in reflective practice within a nurturing environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree, and current credentials including WWVP, First Aid, and Child Protection. Work is in person within Australia.

Qualifications

Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
Current Working With Vulnerable Peoples’ card is required.
Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 is required.
Current Child Protection training is required.
Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF is required.
Work Authorisation: Australia is required.

Responsibilities

Lead Educator focusing on safety and rights of children.
Collaborate with the team on program planning and reflective practice.
Contribute to team discussions and leadership within the service.

Education
