You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure system performance and compliance with audit requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance or IT. This role requires expertise in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Concur modules, along with project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience providing support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and Travel & Expense from an IT perspective.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Concur team, vendors, and service delivery.
• Serve as IT Subject Matter Expert for Concur.
• Oversee development of test cases and quality assurance.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and IT General Controls.
• Support performance of User Access Reviews.
• Resolve system issues and deliver projects on time.

Skills

Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel, and Expense best practices

Experience supporting Concur Travel, Expense, Invoice, and CBS modules

PeopleSoft Financials (AM, AP, GL) experience

Basic SQL experience

Cognos reporting

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
