Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Concur Expense and Request Consultant for a contract role in Herndon, VA. The position offers 75–80 hourly on a 1099 contract basis and requires MBI clearance.

The role can be remote with onsite visits in Herndon, with a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities include leading discussions on SAP Concur T&E processes, configuring Concur modules, testing integrations with ERP/HR, and advising on federal travel regulations and expense policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration (travel, expense, reporting).
• Experience with integrating Concur Expense with ERP, HR, and related applications.
• Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations and credit card processing.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Certified Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and support testing processes.
• Understanding of change impacts on different user groups.
• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system and GSA Travel reporting Tool.

Responsibilities

• Advise on expense policies, federal travel regulations, and credit card clearing processes.
• Conduct design workshops, gather requirements, and support testing and defect management.
• Communicate effectively with various user communities, including managers, administrators, and travelers.
• Support change management efforts impacting user communities.
• Work on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
