Job summary

System One is seeking a Concur Expense and Request Consultant for a 1099 contract based in Herndon, VA, offering remote/onsite flexibility. The rate is 75–80 USD hourly, with 40 hours per week and an MBI clearance.

You will lead client discussions around SAP Concur T&E, configure travel and expense modules, and support integrations with ERP and HR systems, including ETS and GSA reporting tools. Strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration (travel, expense, reporting).
• Experience with integrating Concur Expense with ERP, HR, and related applications.
• Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations and credit card processing.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Certified Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and support testing processes.
• Understanding of change impacts on different user groups.
• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system and GSA Travel reporting Tool.

Overview

• Provide business process expertise for SAP Concur Travel & Expense

• Advise on expense policies, federal travel regulations, and credit card clearing processes
