Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking a Travel & Expense SAP Concur specialist to partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. You will design and support a SaaS Travel & Expense ecosystem including Concur, reporting, and API integrations with finance and HR systems.

You will translate change requests into requirements, coordinate technical integrations, and provide Concur subject matter expertise while supporting SIT/UAT and promoting releases to production for client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have US citizenship and MBI clearance.
• Experience with SAP Concur and Travel & Expense industry.
• Experience integrating travel and expense applications with finance/HR systems.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate change requests into requirements and design documents.

This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure SAP Concur solutions meet contractual and industry standards. It designs and supports a SaaS Travel & Expense ecosystem including Concur, reporting, API integrations with finance and HR systems, Duty of Care, midoffice travel tools, and corporate card providers. Responsibilities include translating change requests into requirements and design documentation, coordinating technical integrations, providing Concur subject matter expertise, supporting development and SIT/UAT, and promoting releases to production while supporting client stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBI Clearance
• Knowledge and experience with Travel & Expense industry
• Understanding of latest technology and trends in Travel and Expense practice
• Experience with integration of various travel and expense applications and systems with expertise in SAP Concur
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
