Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking an SAP Concur EXPERT to support a large federal travel modernization initiative.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, leading requirements gathering, design workshops, and configuration to optimize Concur Travel and Expense processes. Candidates should have extensive Concur implementation experience, knowledge of federal travel rules, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur configuration (expense, travel, reporting).
• Experience integrating Concur with ERP, HR, and travel apps.
• Knowledge of federal travel regulations and credit card clearing processes.
• Ability to lead design workshops, gather requirements, and support testing and defect resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizens able to obtain Public Trust Clearance under federal contract.

Job Title

TSGi is seeking a SAP Concur Expense and Request Consultant to support a large-scale federal travel and expense modernization initiative serving civilian government agencies. This client-facing role will serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Concur Travel & Expense processes, partnering with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize travel and expense solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep Concur implementation expertise, strong knowledge of federal travel requirements, and experience leading functional discussions, requirements gathering, testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Candidates local to Herndon, VA are preferred and will be expected to work onsite four (4) days per week. Fully remote candidates will also be considered; however, West Coast candidates will not be considered.

Per our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur configuration, including expense, request, travel, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience integrating Concur with ERP, HR, and related travel and expense applications.
• Knowledge of federal travel regulations and credit card clearing processes.
• Understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and travel policy administration.
• Ability to lead design workshops, gather requirements, and support testing and defect resolution activities.
• Strong understanding of organizational change impacts across travelers, approvers, and administrators.
• Certified Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration certification required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Per our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting the E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) environment.
• Experience with GSA Travel Reporting Tool or related federal travel reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale federal travel modernization programs.
• Knowledge of duty of care, risk management, fraud detection, ExpenseIt, TripIt, and related travel technologies.

Compensation

• W2 Hourly rate starts at $75. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
