Job summary

NewGen Technologies seeks a seasoned SAP Concur configuration expert to own the functional setup and testing in a non-production environment for approved API and file-based integrations. The role defines onboarding, sponsorship, user-access and testing workflows, and supports functional testing, user acceptance, and operating documentation.

Candidates local to Herndon, VA preferred to be onsite 4 days/week; remote candidates not from the West Coast will be considered.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• MBI Clearance
• 5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting and integrations
• Experience translating requirements into configuration, process flows and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding and non-production testing concepts
• Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations
• SAP Concur certification preferred
• API, SFTP or shared-service experience preferred
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
