Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Concur specialist to lead design/build/test on a flagship federal project. The role focuses on architecture, configuration, and deployment of a SaaS T&E solution across government agencies.

You will partner with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable Concur implementations, with emphasis on testing, documentation, and seamless integration with finance and HR systems. Remote options available.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government security clearance requirements (Clearable to MBI).
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Travel & Expense (T&E) industry, including modern processes, trends, and integrations with financial/HR systems.
• Proven ability to write clear technical documentation, functional specifications, and comprehensive test scripts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Prior experience delivering solutions for government agencies (especially GSA) or enterprise-scale client implementations.
• Familiarity with federal travel regulations and government agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions and translate change requests into clear specifications.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP Concur Expense and Request modules aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate technical integrations connecting SAP Concur to finance, HR systems, and other platforms via APIs.
• Develop end-to-end test scripts, lead SIT and UAT, resolve defects and promote smooth production releases.
• Act as a bridge between client leads, internal developers, and third-party vendors to ensure program success.
