Job summary

We Do The Search is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Design/Build/Test Consultant to lead architecture for a flagship federal project in the Greater Washington area. The role includes designing, configuring, testing, and deploying robust SaaS T&E solutions to support over 124 government agencies over the next 15 years.

You will partner with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to deliver modern Concur solutions, manage integrations, and ensure successful program delivery from

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and eligible for clearance (MBI).
• Hands-on SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design.
• Deep Travel & Expense domain knowledge, including modern processes and integrations with financial/HR systems.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions and translate change requests into clear specs.
• Configure SAP Concur Expense and Request modules aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate technical integrations connecting SAP Concur to finance systems, HR platforms, card providers, Duty of Care platforms, and mid-office travel tools via APIs.
• Develop end-to-end test scripts and lead SIT and UAT, including defect resolution and production readiness.
• Serve as the bridge between client leads, internal developers, and vendors to ensure program success.
