Job summary

Metric DCX in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will plan and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials, manage field crews, and maintain project documentation while communicating progress to the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a self-perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Experience managing concrete on high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of self-perform concrete construction.
• Experience overseeing projects valued at $1M+.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
