Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and maintains an injury-free environment.
• Supports QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Assists with estimating, change management, quantity take-off and subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with project team to monitor crew, materials and equipment.
• Prepares documentation and participates in project meetings.
• Tracks daily reports, progress reports and schedules to support project.
• Supports project closeout including punch lists and as-built drawings.
