Job summary

Harrison Construction Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Concrete Sales Representative to drive external sales, manage quotations, and build lasting customer relationships in Eastern Tennessee. The role requires collaboration with dispatch, QC and operations to deliver top service and growth.

You will represent the company in the field, follow up on quotes, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining safety standards and professional communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 2-3 years outside sales experience preferred.
• General understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals.
• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive sales and marketing of concrete sales to end users in the Eastern Tennessee area.
• Represent Harrison/CRH with customers in the field and close sales; prospect new leads.
• Follow up on quotes in a timely manner and maintain relationships.
