Job summary

Harrison Construction Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a sales representative to grow external sales of concrete and construction services in our Eastern Tennessee market. You will maintain strong communications with existing customers, pursue new opportunities, and track projects from quotation through to closure.

Qualifications include 4-year degree or equivalent, 2–3 years outside sales experience, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills. Travel and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as job specifications, bid documents, and project plans.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong math competency and ability to compute rates and percentages.
• Ability to solve problems and work with varying instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel out of town periodically.
• Ability to work with the public in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive sales and marketing of concrete to end users in the Eastern Tennessee area.
• Represent Harrison/CRH with customers in the field and cultivate relationships.
• Follow up on quotes promptly and manage new leads.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, QA, and Operations to provide excellent service.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
