Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a field laborer to support concrete and formwork tasks on site. You will perform essential labor duties, operate basic tools, and assist with material handling under supervision in a fast-paced construction environment.

This role emphasizes safety, punctuality and reliability, with potential long hours and site-specific requirements. Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding work and be willing to work at heights or in tight spaces as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous field construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and work under supervision.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic labor tasks on site with supervision.
• Operate hand-held air, electric and hydraulic tools as directed.
• Mix, apply and prepare materials for concrete or grout under supervision.
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures, forms and supports.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance and organisation of tools and equipment.
