You will operate hand tools and light machinery, follow safety protocols, and support the crew in achieving timely, high-quality outcomes. The position requires readiness for physical work and flexible hours on a 50-55 hour week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic labor tasks and assists with higher-level tasks under supervision.
• Operates hand-held air, electric and hydraulic tools as directed.
• Mixes cement, sand, and water to produce concrete mixes.
• Builds wooden forms and positions them for concrete pours.
• Installs anchors and fixtures in poured concrete where required.
• Assists in erecting and disassembling scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Maintains clean work sites and proper storage of tools.
