Job summary

Manatt’s Ready Mix team in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Ready Mix Driver (Concrete Delivery Professional). You will operate a ready-mix truck, load materials, and discharge concrete to various sites while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years customer service experience.
• Mechanical aptitude to learn ready-mix truck systems.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; write routine reports.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrakes; IDOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ready-mix truck safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload materials, assemble/disassemble chutes, and control discharge.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform post-delivery inspections.
• Document test results, water adjustments, and customer signatures.
