Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years customer service experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrakes endorsement. Current IDOT Physical required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, batching/dispatching programs, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Mathematical skills: add/subtract, multiply/divide; compute rates and ratios to interpret graphs.
• Seasonal availability: typically April - November, could be called in during winter depending on weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix delivery truck and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Position truck and discharge concrete into various placement units and ensure proper chute operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation including water adjustments, test results, and customer signatures.
• Assist in loading materials and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service at jobsites and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
