Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to learn functions of ready-mix truck components and safety systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, dispatch programs, and operating instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills for batching, loads, and route calculations.
• Ability to apply common sense and solve problems in routine scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a ready-mix truck in a safe, compliant manner.
• Receive materials and position truck to facilitate loading of aggregates, cement, and water.
• Ensure proper documentation including water adjustments, test results, and customer signatures.
• Safely discharge concrete into designated placement units and clean equipment after delivery.
• Follow DOT regulations, safety policies, and company safety directives.
