Job summary

Manatt’s is seeking Ready Mix Driver/Concrete Delivery Professional to safely operate concrete trucks, deliver materials to job sites, and maintain equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy of load details, and customer service on site.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience or training, and a CDL with airbrakes. Good math, reading, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years customer service-related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude to learn heavy truck components and controls.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrakes; current IDOT physical.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating/mainte­nance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and deliver with the ready-mix truck to job sites.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of truck and equipment.
• Assemble and disassemble chutes; control discharge into placement units.
• Record water adjustments, test results, and customer signatures; complete required paperwork.
• Maintain safety and compliance with state and federal regulations.
