Job summary

Knife River Idaho Division seeks a Concrete Quality Control Technician to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho. You will perform materials sampling, testing and documentation to support our quality assurance program while upholding safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to work up to seven days per week, travel to nearby sites, and experience with aggregate/concrete testing. WAQTC and ACI Field Grade 1 certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with aggregate/concrete materials.
• Knowledge of testing procedures and documentation.
• Current/previous ACI-Field Grade 1 certifications and Idaho WAQTC aggregate certification preferred.
• Other material testing certifications (WAQTC, ACI, NRMCA) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Materials sampling and testing documentation/logging.
• Implement and follow quality control procedures.
• Travel to assignments may be required; daily travel between Idaho Falls/Twin Falls and Pocatello as needed.
