As a Concrete Boom Pump Operator, you'll be proficient in operating our 36 - 47 meter boom pump truck and stand-alone placing booms on our deck pours at times. We do not perform pumping services for the public, only for our own forces. Your ability to communicate well with others and enjoy working outdoors will make you a great addition!

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience running, maintaining and troubleshooting modern concrete pumps and placing booms.
• Valid Wisconsin Class B CDL.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and help find solutions.
• Must be part of the Operators Union or willing to join.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the pump truck safely to and from the job site and yard.
• Operate the pump and placing booms on site, set up the system, and clean out the pump after use.
• Keep equipment washed and free of concrete and grease.
• Maintain a tidy yard and report issues to the yard superintendent.
• Complete and submit inspection, job, and maintenance forms.
• Perform routine maintenance and recognize problems early.
• Represent the company through efficient work and service.

Physical Demands:

• Meet DOT hearing and sight requirements.
• Lift up to 75 pounds overhead.
• Push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Navigate around construction sites safely in all weather conditions.
• Work long days with varying start and end times.
