Job description

Job Title: CDL Equipment Operator

The Bartley Corporation is seeking a CDL Equipment Operator to operate various equipment including:

• Concrete Pump Truck
• Stone/Gravel Slinger Truck
• Telebelt

Required Skills:

• Experience in concrete construction or operating concrete boom pumps or stone slingers
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a current DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet physical requirements for operating and cleaning the concrete pump
• Responsibility for maintenance and inspections of the pump
• Availability to work nights or weekends occasionally
• Proactive adherence to safety policies
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Additional Information:

• Operate 20, 31, 38, 47 meter Putzmeister concrete pumps and/or Ultra Stone Slinger
• On-the-job training provided by Bartley Corporation
• Uniform pay rate for all duties including pumping, maintenance, and equipment operation

Benefits include health insurance, 401K, with an expected 50 hours/week, starting at 6 am, Monday through Friday.
