Job summary

Martin Concrete Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Critical Projects Group for complex concrete construction in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with Superintendents, project executives, clients, and subcontractors.

The role focuses on delivering on-time, safe, and high-quality projects across data centers, power facilities, and other critical infrastructure while traveling as needed and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction, formwork systems, sequencing, means, and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and critical path activities to ensure delivery.
• Work onsite with Superintendents, field teams, and clients to coordinate operations.
• Review labor productivity, project costs, and production performance to maintain budgets.
• Oversee quality, safety, scheduling, logistics, and execution of projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
