Job summary

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and experience with estimating for self-perform General Contractors or concrete contractors. Experience on projects over $1 million is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Experience with structural concrete estimating is preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience estimating for a Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor is a plus.
• Familiarity with Commercial/Industrial construction and projects over $1M.

Responsibilities

• Set up estimates with correct alternates, general conditions, and pricing.
• Conduct take-offs to quantify concrete scope items.
• Provide project information during turnover and planning phases.
• Ensure accurate information is delivered to operations for project execution.
