Precise Concrete Walls, Inc. is a cast-in-place concrete foundation contractor serving the infrastructure, agricultural, and commercial sectors. Focusing on integrity, communication, and long-term relationships, we approach each job as stewards—honoring God through how we work, lead, and serve.
What You'll Do as a Concrete Project Manager:
- Lead & support field crews with hands-on direction, training, and daily coordination.
- Motivate & manage 3-4 team leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Assist with job setup, including layout, HUBs, elevation pins, and job folder prep.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and plans to guide projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate concrete pours, vendors, deliveries, and review specs for accuracy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, team leaders, vendors, and GCs.
- Submit RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct jobsite visits for quality control and alignment with project goals.
- Balance approx. 30% office work with 70% jobsite visits, meetings, and field coordination.
- Travel as needed—approximately one overnight per week; per diem and lodging provided.
Our Ideal Concrete Project Manager:
- Experienced: At least 3 years in project management required, with strong knowledge of building codes, concrete projects, budgeting, construction methods, and blueprint reading.
- Hands-on Leader: Confidently motivates and guides teams, willing to provide hands‑on training for the team.
- Strategic & Organized: Plans ahead, manages multiple priorities, and keeps projects on track through strong scheduling and follow-through.
- Professional & Personable: Builds trust through integrity, clear communication, and strong customer relationships.
- Self‑motivated: Operates with initiative, emotional intelligence, and a decisive, adaptable mindset.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Excel and capable of managing financial tracking and documentation.
- Active: Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active in field and office environments.
