Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large-scale commercial concrete projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and is skilled at building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concrete projects concurrently, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet timelines and production goals
  • Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, foremen, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout materials
  • Monitor job costs, track progress, and proactively address potential risks or delays
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Support problem-solving in the field and assist with resource planning and allocation
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete construction project management (required)
  • Strong background in scheduling and maintaining timelines across multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes
  • Combination of office and field-based work
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed
