Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on jobsites across diverse project types.
• Learn scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project lifecycle workflows.
• Contribute to project success by performing critical tasks during the lifecycle.
