The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in project management within the concrete industry and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering. The position offers a chance to contribute to significant projects in various sectors, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience on projects over 1 million dollars.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Generates a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Compiles daily job cost reports to ensure the cost and quantity align with the budget.

Excellent organizational skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
