Rinker Materials in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Production Worker to join our plant. You will be a general laborer contributing to the manufacture of reinforced concrete products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

Responsibilities include mixing and pouring concrete, operating mixers and conveyors, and maintaining equipment and work areas. You will follow safety protocols and support form setup and product quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Setting up forms in the production process.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing proper PPE.
• Adhering to quality control standards for concrete products.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
