Rinker Materials in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Production Worker (Concrete) to join our plant team. You will mix and pour concrete, operate concrete mixers and conveyors, and help set up forms for manufacturing.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. Experience in manufacturing and forklift operation is a plus, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors/open air environment.
• Preferred – experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – forklift experience.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently; with forklift to exceed 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
• Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area
