Job summary

Rinker Materials in Reno, NV seeks a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. As a general laborer, you will mix, pour, and handle concrete-related processes while following safety protocols to produce high-quality concrete products.

This role requires reading work orders, using hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (80 pounds with assistance). Outdoor work and forklift experience are preferred; growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
