Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating similar concrete production equipment.
• Ability to read safety procedures and maintenance instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform various movements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Plant Supervisor.
• Maintain production flow and documentation.
• Assist in machine setup and product changes.
• Cross-train on other production areas as needed.
