Job summary

Rinker Materials seeks a GENERAL LABORER at our Greenwood, IN plant to contribute to production of reinforced concrete products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

You will mix and pour concrete, operate machinery, load and unload materials, and follow safety protocols while maintaining high quality standards. Experience in manufacturing and forklift operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Assisting with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Setting up forms in the manufacturing production process.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
• Following safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure high-quality concrete products.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
