Job summary

Rinker Materials is seeking a Production Worker for our GREENFIELD, IN plant. You will join a team producing reinforced concrete products for stormwater and sanitary infrastructure. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibility includes mixing and pouring concrete, operating mixers/conveyors, and maintaining equipment. Ideal candidates read work orders, use hand and power tools, and can lift 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
• Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift (industrial).
• Must lift/move objects up to 50 pounds frequently; forklift/crane as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operate concrete mixers and conveyors and other machinery.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Assist with transporting and placing concrete forms and molds.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Set up forms in the production process for concrete products.
• Move heavy construction materials.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
• Adhere to quality control to ensure high-quality products.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
