Job summary

Rinker Materials is seeking a Production Worker for our Whitestown, IN plant. You will contribute as a general laborer in a leading manufacturer of reinforced concrete products for stormwater and sanitary infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and pouring concrete.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Assist with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Set up forms in production processes for concrete products.
• Move heavy construction materials.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Adhere to quality standards for high-quality concrete products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
