Job summary

Wells is seeking a Pouring Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production schedules are met with safety and quality in mind. You will coordinate manpower, workflow, and resources across departments, while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced concrete environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience.
2+ years of experience working with concrete.
PCI Level I & II certification preferred.
Strong understanding of production processes and plant operations.
Ability to read schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pouring operations and workflow execution.
Manage schedules based on production control priorities.
Assign crews and schedule labor for pouring and finishing.
Determine sequencing and prioritize work based on project needs.
Coordinate across departments including engineering, drafting, and quality.
Monitor production efficiency and proactively address delays or defects.
Oversee inventory tracking and assist with monthly inventory processes.
Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees.
Enforce company policies and procedures, including corrective action when necessary.
